Features:
When (1) reel empties the filled ACCUMULATOR / FESTOON UNIT Will start to close, allowing the splice to be made and the full reel to Start to empty
The Accumulator has (3) TOL O MATIC CYLINDERS on a slide plate and is speed controlled by an air regulator
The reel tension is controlled by a dancer air regulator that operates an air cylinder shortening the cable that goes to a Mechanical brake (applied to both brakes at the same time) the dancer actually is a rotating unit located above the Accumulator.

Operating Method:

Web alignment is obtained using an AccuWeb, Inc. unit
